  Effective Use of ICT Tools in Teaching and Learning During my teacher training, I explored various ICT tools that enhanced communication, knowledge construction, and information sharing. Among the most impactful were Telegram , C-map Tools , and Google Classroom , each serving distinct but complementary roles in the learning process. Telegram proved to be an excellent communicative tool . It supported real-time group discussions, seamless file sharing, and quick updates through study groups and channels. The ability to send large files without compression was especially helpful for sharing lesson materials and presentations. During my training as a student teacher, I explored several platforms that supported peer interaction and academic collaboration. Among them, Telegram stood out as a reliable and effective communicative tool that enhanced my learning experience significantly.   Telegram offers features that make communication smooth and organized. One of the most useful features is the creation of study groups, where all members can share updates, clarify doubts, and hold academic discussions. Unlike some other apps, Telegram supports large groups without reducing the quality of interaction. Among various ICT tools that support this approach, C-map Tools stands out as a powerful constructive tool that helped me during my training to better organize and visualize information.  One of the most valuable experiences I had using C-map Tools was during lesson planning. Rather than listing topics in a linear format, I used the concept mapping technique to break down complex content into clear, connected ideas.  I am Sangay Wangchuk, handsome son of Dorji Lhamo and Sangay Dorji from Gyalgong, Silambi, Mongar. Currently, I am pursuing my degree at Paro College of Education. My ambition is teacher by fate and my decision. I love teachers and I will be teacher some day. He loves running back to hostel the moment his when class is over.
